There's this girl who sits in front of me in math who pretends to be a baseball fan but she really is just a groupie. And she is at the Yankee game tonight. (Actually, she probably already left) But anyway, she thinks she knows so much about the Yankees and is really annoying about it. Whenever I try to talk real baseball with her she turns away and stops listening. And since the Yankees won tonight she's just going to be all "I was at the Yankee game last night. They won!" And then she'll look at me like I care and I'll go, "I know. The Mets didn't play last night." And she'll go, "But the Yankees won, and it was SOOOOO cool and SOOOO much fun!" After that she'll start trying to prove the Yankees are better than the Mets in every way possible. And when I want to tell her the Mets like lead the league in BA with RISP (I know, I can't believe it either) I'll have to try to ignore her and move on.
Ugh! She's already getting on my nerves!
