I found 3 links (1,2,3) that have Mike Pelfrey as Santa Claus. Two of them have the same pic but the other has a short clip of him talking about the bullpen. I am hoping the Mets will put up a photo gallery on their website but I am not sure. I also found an article from MLB.com that talks a little bit about Joe Smith and the fact he was close with Mike Pelfrey and John Maine.

niiice. you can't really tell it's him aside from the eyes (but he has very pretty eyes, so...)
