The Mets followed up their second walk-off-grand-slam loss this year by announcing Jose Reyes has a TORN HAMSTRING. Apparently it is a torn hamstring and a torn hamstring tendon. I don't know what to say about this. There really is so much to say and yet it's all so hard to put into words.
Whoever is still a Mets fan deserves a prize. And perhaps a free brain scan. There is definitely something wrong with us.
I have so much more to say but it will have to wait. I have homework to do.

it's the love of the game, ellie. there's something wrong with anyone who obsesses over an event where people try to hit balls with sticks. take from that what you will (hopefully nothing dirty since i just reread what i wrote and realized how messed up it sounded)
